In 1890 an entrepreneurial pair named Stephen Allard & John Wilson incorporated a business named ‘Wilson & Allard Grocers & Provision Merchants’. Their first shop was at 74 Front Street, Tynemouth.

121 years on, the new ‘Allard’s Lounge’ opened its doors. We aim to bring our customers the best the world has to offer when it comes to liquid refreshment and dining. Drawing on Classic Cocktails served to their original recipes with our very own flair and passion.

Our eclectic dining menu includes a vast array of authentic Tapas, Light bites, Restaurant & Bistro meals to an Afternoon Champagne Tea!
